Yeah, I saw that had used her PKMN-DWMA character in this group and decided that I would try out with Indigo. I know, I am a copycat, but I have been contemplating a new group for him before I even knew this group existed. I WAS going to put him in PKMN-Armonia, but I wanted to save my second character slot for my Carnivine character no one has seen yet. I thought about PKMN-Steam, but he wouldn't really fit in there. I may use someone else for that group. This group, it didn't exactly "fit" him, but it felt right. So here we go.

Personality: Indigo tries to be a very kind person to everyone he meets no matter who they are. Being a very outgoing pokemon, he is always looking at the bright side of any situation. The downside to this, is that he may be a bit too optimistic and lose sight of things. He often mistakes hostility and irritation for sadness and will usually make a mess of things trying to cheer the other up. All he really knows is happiness and sadness. Any other emotion is often mistaken for one of those two. Because of this, Indigo cannot tell the difference between hurt and love. He often comes off as a polite gentleman at first glance, but it becomes known fairly obviously that he is naive and requires more guidance in the way sof the world. Needless to say, he is a fast learner and often picks up things and stores them for later reference. He is very curious as well, but tries to not let it get the best of himself. Lastly, he tends to treat others in higher regard than himself, which is more of an understatement. He believes everyone else in the world is superior to himself in some way, and that he must give everyone his utmost respect and generousity to get anywhere in life.

History:

Indigo was born and raised in Santalune Forest, never doing anything outside the safety of this green sanctuary. He was sheltered for the longest time, not really getting the feel of the world as others would. Whenever he met someone, he always greeted them and only spoke in responses if they started a conversation. He was always as helpful as he could be toward the other forest pokemon. He made sure to abide by every rule, every manner, to ensure everyone else's happiness. That made himself feel good, which was good enough. He had no perception of evil in anyone but himself. He honestly had no idea why some pokemon didn't like people, but kept that to himself mainly because his parents hated humans the most out of every pokemon in the forest. He was steered away from all contact with humans and most contact from pokemon who liked them.

One day while playing with a new friend he had made, the other had led him to the city by accident. Up Route 3 he went and to Santalune City he arrived without noticing until it was too late. Once he had found out however, he couldn't find his way back. While trying to find his way home, he noticed how nice humans were to certain partners of theirs. This detour in the city influenced his perception of people greatly. He thought he had confirmed how nice everyone was in the world! When he went home to tell of his trip, he infuriated his parents into driving him out of the forest for good. He thought they were just telling him to go see the world, so that is what he set out to do. He wanted to meet all kinds of pokemon and people and find a way to be friends with everybody regardless.

-Indigo only speaks when spoken to, so awkward silences with him can last a lifetime if you don't pipe up first

-Since he has no idea what anger or hatred is, you could be the worst person in the world to him and he would totally forgive you and still want to be friends

-He talks of himself in a slightly lowly manner compared to others, whom he speaks greatly of no matter who they are

-His curiosity sometimes overpowers his sense of danger, and often gets hurt as a result

-He is WAY too trusting of others

-Indigo loves to talk to himself (Mostly for comfort or motivation or to just beat himself up) and even inanimate objects, believing everything has a "heart"

-Indigo loves to travel and try new things, but keeps Santalune City close to his heart

-Indigo is allergic to many things: Seafood, Soy/Soybeans, Bee and Wasp venom as a result of stinging, Penicillin, and certain perfumes depending on the ingredients

-Surprisingly isn't allergic to most plants

-Has a strong immune system and barely gets sick, but allergies are bad enough for him anyway

-Indigo is usually has lots of energy and stamina to run and play with others

-Even though Indigo is 17, he can still act like a child, and usually enjoys playing with kids rather than conversing with adults and considers himself still "a child at heart"

-Indigo can get distracted easily if not in an engaging conversation or thoroughly entertained by something/someone

-Indigo is very adaptable and likes to bend to fit the situations needs

-Can be quite oblivious to anger, hatred, and love

-Rarely gets jealous or envious, but at the same time, he is almost never prideful or cares baout his personal appearence/well-being

-Suffers from Nightmares a lot, although he has no idea why

-Is pretty smart, but never thinks when following orders that could be given by pretty much anybody

-He lets himself be bullied around and tortured by others if that is what it takes to make them feel better

-For some reason, Indigo loves to repeat these things he was told about called "Riddles". To him they are supposed to be fun ways to get smarter
